Closer to being authenticated

Since I started working with the Intrumental Transcommunication, I thought that it was possibly one of the few paranormal phenomena that could be tested and authenticated in a lab.

Other types of phenomena are usually based on "witnesses" who saw, listened, or felt such and such an experience. Those subjective responses would never be accepted by scientists. This explains why, in spite of the evidence of survival after death, all this has never been taken very seriously. Science will only pay attention to us when we have objective phenomena. It seems that ITC can perhaps meet that test.
 
 

THE BEGINNING:
 
 

While talking to Mr. Dale Palmer at a meeting in Germany in 1996, we discussed our common interest in having the EDP phenomena authenticated.

Later in 1998, I met a brilliant engineer from the Universidade de São Paulo, and discovered that yes, we could now test our procedures using rigorous scientific methods.
 
 

Since that time, I have joined a group of engineers, physicists, etc. and many devices have been developed. My contacts have improved by using computers and special software. I can get audio-contacts and images at almost any time.
 
 

TOWARDS THE AUDIENCE:
 
 

This was recently shown during the conference organized by the United Stated Psychotronics Association, in Columbus, Ohio - USA.
 
 

At the conference in the US, pioneer researcher Sarah Estep, who has been having communications for well over 20 years, and I held a work-shop. During that work-shop, we used two new computers loaded with the best software we could obtain, and attempted to make communications in the English Language in a public meeting. We were successful. Several clear voices in English came through.

Prior to that public meeting in the US, many times I infomed the  friends from Beyond  about  our going to USA, and  requested their help.

Some days  before I asked if things were Ok, and I  got the following replies (in Portuguese):
 
 

Sonia: -"Dear friends, how will it be the event in Columbus - USA?

Male voice replies:-"Every thing will be OK"

Male voice: -"There arrived the time for the Victory"

Female voice: -"I have a message..."

Male voice: -"You have made big effort"

Female voice: -"Our time is coming".
 
 

Apparently, the spirit friends were correct. The conference went very well.

Among those in attendance were Dr. Marilyn Schlitz, Director of Research at the Institute Of Noetic Sciences, and Dr. Jon Klimo, the well-known paranormal researcher.
 
 
 
 

THE FIRST CONTACTS IN ENGLISH:
 
 

We were a bit worried because we wanted to get contacts in English at the work-shop so that the US audience could understand Once while I was alone in the hotel room testing the equipment, an Indian girl named Nina entered the room to clean it. I soon discovered that she had lost her dear father, named Yassin, and I suggested she put a question to him. She did, and then very emotionally started crying. Just to reinforce her question, I said:

"Is it  possible for Mr.Yassin to speak to Nina?" and finally came the first clear and loud contact in English replying: -"YOU KNOW IT IS IMPOSSIBLE".

The reply was quite coherent. Perhaps it was impossible for Mr. Yassin to be there to listen to us at that time.
 
 

After that, we were more at ease regarding the workshop. To make sure the contacts in English would be well understood, we requested Sarah Estep's cooperation. She was absolutely perfect in identifying all contacts in English that we had during the public presentation. Sarah's experience was of enormous importance to our success, because being experienced in ITC contacts makes it much easier to get paranormal contacts in English.
 
 

CONCLUSION:
 
 

At that conference, we had also the please of meeting some colleagues such as Siyoh (who came from Japan to USA just for that event), also Beckie (from USA), Robin Foy (England), etc.

The Institute of Noetics Sciences was represented by its Scientific Director, Dr. Marilyn Schlitz. We trust that, after that event, we may be a step closer to the possibility of authenticating the phenomena, since Mr. Dale Palmer suggested the building of a specific laboratory to conduct experiments on a scientific basis. We all must be very proud to be participating in such a precious moment in the history of humanity.

So that our readers  may know more about our International Coordinator, we asked him to be interviewed by E-mail. On  behalf of Jochem  Fornoff in Germany, Jacques Blanc-Garin in France, Alfonso Galeano in Spain, and I, here are the questions we  posed to him  and the  responses he gave to those questions.

Mr.Dale Palmer: I have been interviewed many times in my life but this is  the first time by E-mail and by four persons different countries for four differente language publications.
 
 

DP: Actually, I prefer the term "Electronic Disturbance Phenomena" (EDP) rather than electronic voice phenomena. It is more accurate. My long-time friend Dr. Willis Harman, President of the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS), directed me towards the project. In 1994 at the IONS conference in Chicago, I told Willis I would soon retire and asked what I might do to help in "the work."
  DP - IONS is a group started by Astronaut Edgar Mitchell after he experienced a spiritual vision while walking on the moon. The purpose of IONS is to again bring together science and religion which have been separated since the time of Galileo in 1609.

Ed Mitchell is both a brilliant engineer and a brilliant philosopher. So was Willis Harman. I became a member and a supporter of IONS in the late 1970s after reading about Mitchell in the media. IONS now has some 55,000 members around the world. IONS designs, encourages, and funds cutting-edge research that generally can’t obtain support from universities and governments.
 
 

Answer:- GAIT is a very loose association of experimenters, theorists, and others around the world who are interested in authenticating the EDP using scientific means. GAIT has no by-laws, no office, and no bank accounts. We have established the GAIT-IONS Fund at IONS to receive tax deductible gifts which are used only to fund this work. This fund has so far received about $10,000 in gifts. Hopefully, more will be coming.
 
  DP - Scientifically verifying communications among dimensions of reality will be the single greatest advancement in knowledge since man first appeared on this planet. No one can foresee all of the changes this would bring to the world but they will be most profound. This would do more to confirm the teachings of Master Jesus the Christ than all the priests and preachers have accomplished in the last two thousand years. Master Jesus said that where he has gone there we may be also. That is so very true and we are getting ever-closer to confirming that fact using strictly scientific means. Yes, EDP can be authenticated using scientific means.
 
  DP - On July 19 pioneer researchers Sonia Rinaldi of Brazil and Sarah Estep of the US working together demonstrated EDP in a public forum in Columbus, Ohio USA.

There are several ways to accomplish the EDP. In this demonstration, Rinaldi and Estep used two new computers which were loaded with appropriate software. For this purpose, babble noise was used as a carrier for the voices. The demonstration was successful and several loud clear voices were heard by the audience. However, it was totally non-scientific. While such demonstrations show that the phenomena is for real, and are so very helpful to many people, we must go much farther in order to confirm the phenomena using scientific means.
 
 

DP - A very brilliant electrical engineer in Brazil has written a paper in which he shows that by physical laws such communications are physically possible, but are limited in duration by quantum principles. According to his model, the phenomena does exist and could be authenticated using scientific means.
 
 

We hope to actually build a laboratory in the US to carry out the first experiment. Our preliminary estimate of the cost is $2.0 million dollars. Why the US? The answer is because it is probably cheaper to do it here in the US than any other place. It is going to require expertise from all over but there is perhaps more expertise already here in the US than in any other one country.
 
 

The lab must be constructed so that all outside energies and influences are either eliminated or accounted for. The computers must be powered only from inside the lab. Only computer generated noise can be used and must be strictly accounted for. Not all of the machinery needed now exists but it can be built, according to the Brazilian engineer. The computer software also does not now exist but it can, we think, be written. All lab procedures must be peer-reviewed prior to the experiment.
 
 

DP - The first thing that will need happen is that another lab probably in another country with different scientists must duplicate the test results.
 
 

Perhaps after that every person who has a computer can purchase the software and do his own communicating with whomever will talk to him or her. We must remember that science can go a long way but it will always require someone in that other dimension who is also willing to communicate with us. But with that, our religion will finally become very direct and personal exactly as Master Jesus has always said it should be.
 
 

We may also some day set up a computer center so that anyone with E-mail can call that computer center and over the Internet conduct their own personal conversations with their loved ones. This would really use the procedure for the benefit of mankind. This may be some time off yet, but not so long as one might think.
 
 

To answer your question: No; many people will not accept it even after they see it. Einstein showed in 1905 that time slows down as speed increases. Many still do not even accept that. Such is the nature of man. We will always have the Doubting Thomases with us. We still have a very long way to go but we have taken a somewhat tentative first step. I know of no work that is more important or can do more to help mankind. I know of no way that I, or any other person for that matter, can better spend time, energy, and money than the forwarding of this work.
